Hamlin Inc. Process Piping provides tool hookup services for semiconductor manufacturing, R&D, and pilot-line projects. Hamlin has to capabilities to complete mechanical and process fit-up responsibilities for new or used fab projects. We have managed the delivery and placement of equipment as well as pre-fabricating and installing all supporting process piping.

In addition to our modular approach to fabricating off site we also offer prefabricated gas sticks, gas boxes and gas panels.

• Gas Sticks, Hamlin manufactures gas sticks in a variety of different component configurations. We manufacture products to our customer’s specification using predetermined components. We also provide alternatives to long lead-time components as to not impact project schedules. Gas sticks are available mounted per specifications or unmounted.


• Gas Boxes, Hamlin offers a wide range of standard and custom gas boxes based on your specification or our designs. Our design options include visibility, access door location, and dimensional specifications.


• Gas Panels, Hamlin offers complete solutions to your gas panel needs. No matter how simple or complex our panels offer a clean, complete and compact solution to our customer’s gas handling needs.
