Peter Hamlin – President
Peter brings over thirty five years of construction experience and is recognized as an expert in planning and executing multi-discipline project activities with tight schedule constraints. He started in the trades with Fels Company where he oversaw fabrication, was a project manager and finally became the Director of Construction. Since starting Hamlin Inc he has been committed to the company's growth and success through the years by mentoring craft apprentices, supervisors, and developing project managers.
Eric Knight – General Manager/Project Manager
Eric put his degree from Calhoun Engineering School to use by starting in the trades with Cotter Corporation as a fitter/welder and worked his way up to be a superintendent. While with the Cotter Corp. Eric was involved in overseeing the successful completion of numerous skid and transfer panel projects. Before joining Hamlin Inc Eric worked for Fairchild Semiconductor as an independent contractor. During his time at Fairchild he managed the process facilities and managed multiple tool installation. Through his years in the field, Eric has learned the value of a good superintendent and the importance of identifying and satisfying a customer's needs. Eric’s several functions within the organization, ranging from managing large industrial projects, heading up the Safety and Quality Control Departments, to strategic initiatives that help improve the bottom-line performance of Hamlin. When Eric can find some free time he enjoys lobster fishing with his son, and spending quality time with his family.
Trevor Scribner – Project Manager/Engineer
Trevor brings new energy and ideas to the company. After graduating from the University of Maine in Mechanical Engineering, Trevor got a real education as a shift supervisor/process improvement engineer for a national sawmill. Trevor joined the Hamlin team in 2003 as a project engineer and has since become an integral part of Hamlin Inc, by heading up the estimating department, purchasing department, providing engineering support, and project management to numerous jobs. In his free time Trevor enjoys waterskiing in the summer and snow skiing in the winter.
